You will manage installation crews across multiple facilities, collaborate with engineering, supply chain, and operations to implement scalable solutions and deliver high-impact results across large programs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial/operations engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with project management of technical projects.
• Scheduled travel required up to 50% of the time; may exceed 50% with short notice.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation crews deploying material handling equipment across North American facilities.
• Lead delivery of complex projects with multi-site impact.
• Provide technical expertise for automation initiatives across assigned sites.
• Implement technical solutions and lead project-level decisions.
• Follow and help develop technical standards and best practices.
• Work cross-functionally with engineering, supply chain, and operations teams.
• Participate in technical reviews and drive engineering excellence.
• Implement scalable solutions across assigned facilities.
• Recommend and implement process improvements.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
• Drive achievement of safety, timeline, cost, and quality metrics.
• Provide technical input to leadership for decision-making.
• Manage relationships with vendors and partners.
