Job summary

Responsibilities

Lead installation crews deploying material handling equipment across North American facilities.
Deliver complex multi-site projects with strong impact.
Provide technical expertise for automation initiatives at assigned sites.
Implement technical solutions and drive project-level decisions.
Develop and uphold technical standards and best practices.
Work cross-functionally with engineering, supply chain, and operations teams.
Participate in technical reviews and drive engineering excellence.
Scale solutions across facilities and implement process improvements.
Create and maintain technical documentation.
Ensure safety, schedule, cost, and quality targets are met.
Provide technical input to leadership for key decisions.
Manage vendor and partner relationships.
