Qualifications

• Experience in engineering including a supervisory role managing people.
• Experience in a fast-paced, automated, industrial, logistics, production or manufacturing environment.
• 5+ years of experience in industrial engineering, operations engineering, manufacturing engineering, or project engineering in a manufacturing or construction environment.
• Experience in a supervisory role managing installation crews, maintenance technicians, or tradespeople.
• Experience with the project management of technical projects in fast-paced, automated industrial environments.
• Experience delivering technical projects in active construction environments.
• Ability to travel up to 50% domestically; travel may exceed 50% with short notice.
• Ability to read and understand installation drawings.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage and lead mechanical installation crews deploying MHE across North American facilities
• Oversee structural header steel installation including hanging steel, prebuilding supports, and anchoring to building structure
• Lead conveyor prep and placement operations - rigging, lifting, staging, and setting conveyor sections into final positions on installed supports
• Manage conveyor connections and belting crews - ensuring proper mechanical alignment, bed connections, squaring, leveling, and hardware tightening
• Direct side guide and netting installation ensuring proper alignment and tension
• Oversee belt crew operations including belting and lacing installation on aligned conveyor sections
• Manage pneumatic/air systems installation including air connections to conveyor components, pressure testing, and leak verification
• Coordinate with the logistics and receiving team to ensure materials are inventoried, staged, and distributed to work zones on schedule
