Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Mechanical or Electrical Integration Lead to drive installation, integration, and deployment of automation and material handling systems across multiple facilities. You will provide engineering expertise, manage installation crews, and lead cross-functional collaboration to deliver scalable solutions while meeting safety, schedule, cost, and quality targets.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
Experience supervising people in engineering settings.
Experience in a fast-paced, automated, industrial, logistics, production or manufacturing environment.
5+ years of industrial/operations/manufacturing/ project engineering experience in manufacturing.
Ability to travel up to 50% domestically.
10+ years of OEM MIL/EIL experience may substitute for a degree.

Responsibilities

Lead installation crews deploying material handling equipment across North American facilities.
Lead delivery of complex projects with multi-site impact.
Provide technical expertise for automation initiatives across assigned sites.
Implement technical solutions and lead project-level decisions.
Develop and follow technical standards and best practices.
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, supply chain, and operations teams.
Participate in technical reviews and drive engineering excellence.
Implement scalable solutions across facilities.
Drive safety, timeline, cost, and quality metrics.
