Job summary

Faith Technologies seeks an Engineering Manager - Automation to govern and execute automation initiatives across multiple facilities, driving smart factory capabilities. You will lead cross-functional teams, define standards, and ensure safe, validated integrations with ERP/MES/WMS systems.

The role requires 10+ years in manufacturing/automation, experience with AGVs/AMRs, PLCs/SCADA, and IT/OT convergence, with a hybrid work setup across select U.S. sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (engineering, industrial engineering, manufacturing, CS, controls engineering, or related field).
• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing, operations, automation engineering, controls integration, or related field.
• Significant experience with manufacturing automation systems (AGVs, AMRs, robotics, conveyors, PLCs, SCADA, HMI) and their integration into production environments.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional programs spanning automation deployment, controls integration, and IT/OT convergence.

Responsibilities

• Lead automation and integration programs across fab, weld, paint, and assembly.
• Establish standards for controls architecture, data protocols, cybersecurity, safety interlocks, and validation criteria.
• Oversee deployment of AGVs/AMRs and automated material handling to improve throughput and safety.
• Coordinate IT/OT integration (ERP/MES/WMS) for real-time scheduling, inventory, and labor visibility.
• Develop smart factory roadmaps linking equipment, sensors, and cloud/on-prem data platforms.
