E Tech Group is seeking a Senior Controls / Automation Engineer to lead design, configuration, and testing of control systems for diverse industries. The role emphasizes hands-on PLC/SCADA/HMI work, regulatory compliance, and collaboration across engineering teams.

You will drive project schedules, support startup activities, and provide expert guidance on automation solutions at client sites with a focus on delivering reliable, state-of-the-art controls infrastructure.

Qualifications

• BS Engineering degree or equivalent educational background.
• Hands-on experience with automation projects in process environments.
• Strong knowledge of PLC/SCADA/HMI architectures and regulatory standards.
• Experience with Rockwell/Allen-Bradley and diverse control systems.
• Excellent collaboration and communication with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead or participate in design, configuration, and testing of continuous and batch control systems.
• Manage project scope, schedules, and budgets, and communicate changes to leadership.
• Provide technical advisement to clients and project team to ensure satisfaction.
• Travel to client sites for design, startup, and commissioning as needed.
• Serve as automation subject matter expert and mentor to peers.
• Support startup and qualifications of control systems with clients.
