Job summary

Faith Technologies is seeking an Engineering Manager - Automation to steer governance, planning, and execution of automation initiatives across fab, weld, paint, and assembly. You will lead cross-functional teams and drive enterprise integration with ERP/MES/WMS to deliver measurable throughput, safety and capacity gains.

The role defines standards for controls architecture, cybersecurity, data protocols, and lean improvement using real-time production data to support digital transformation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field required; master's preferred.
• 10+ years in manufacturing, automation or controls integration.
• Experience with AGVs/AMRs, PLCs, SCADA, MES, ERP/MES/WMS integration.
• Travel up to 25%; hybrid work model.

Responsibilities

• Lead automation programs across multiple manufacturing cells to improve throughput and safety.
• Define standards for automation architecture, data protocols, and cybersecurity.
• Oversee vendor selection, commissioning and validation of automation systems.
• Provide executive updates on roadmap, risks and ROI.
