Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Manufacturing Programs - Automation & Integration to govern and execute automation initiatives across multiple production areas, from material handling to smart factory capabilities.

This role leads cross-functional teams, defines standards, partners with IT/Business Technology, and provides executive updates on roadmap, ROI, and continuous improvement through real-time data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, CS, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 10+ years in manufacturing, automation, or controls integration.
• Proven experience with manufacturing automation systems and their integration.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs spanning automation deployment and IT/OT convergence.

Responsibilities

• Lead automation and integration programs across fab, weld, paint, and assembly.
• Define standards, data protocols, cybersecurity, and validation criteria.
• Oversee AGV/AMR deployment and automated material handling for throughput and safety.
• Coordinate IT/OT network architecture and integration with ERP/MES/WMS.
• Develop KPIs and provide executive-level reporting on roadmap and ROI.
