Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Automation Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams from scope through project closure.

The role focuses on automation design (industrial/building/power-energy), estimates, and technical management in alignment with Faith Technologies Solutions’ Best Practices. The successful candidate will drive project scope, risk, budget, and schedule, coordinating with SMEs to ensure customer requirements are met and projects are delivered to the highest quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• Eight (8) years’ experience in the design of automation control systems (industrial/building/power-energy).
• Three (3) years’ experience managing industrial, building, or power/energy automation projects including budget, scope, and schedule responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Architects and finalizes the primary solution strategy.
• Defines and documents solution requirements which will become the basis for executing and managing the project.
• Develops the project estimate, utilizing internal and external resources as required, ensuring business targets are met.
• Develops detailed solution requirements, block diagrams, theory of operation, and verification test plans.
• Ensures the solution meets project technical and business requirements and manages change orders.
• Oversees project profit and loss and communicates status to the client.
• Develops and maintains project schedules and ensures resources meet commitments.
• Ensures solution quality and conducts closeout reviews; participates in development of best practices.
