Job summary

The Technical College System of Georgia's Quick Start program seeks a Training Coordinator for Automation, Advanced Manufacturing to design, develop, and deliver cutting-edge Industry 4.0 training across Georgia. You will work with client companies, instructors, and internal teams to craft impactful curricula that address real-world manufacturing needs.

Includes coaching instructors, coordinating with Creative Services, and leading hands-on learning environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus five (5) years of relevant experience in advanced manufacturing or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Leads the design, development, and delivery of Industry 4.0 training curriculum.
• Coordinates with Creative Services and Media for instructional delivery.
• Prepares and coaches Training Specialists and Instructors in new courses and learning methodologies.
• Leads the design, development, and assembly of Industry 4.0 training systems and hands-on environments.
• Travel to support client training initiatives across Georgia.
