Job summary

The Technical College System of Georgia is seeking a Training Coordinator for the Savannah site within the Georgia Quick Start Office. This full-time role focuses on analyzing industry training needs and designing performance-based programs to support Quick Start projects.

You will collaborate with instructional designers and instructors to plan, schedule, and deliver effective training while maintaining records and researching new training resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional design or related field.
• Two years business experience in a training environment or six years in a training environment.
• Experience may substitute for the degree on a year-for-year basis.

Responsibilities

• Conduct industry job and training analysis.
• Develop training plans and design performance-based training for Quick Start project companies.
• Coordinate a project team, instructional designers and instructors to develop, schedule and deliver training.
• Create and implement processes to ensure quality and effectiveness of instructional materials and instruction.
• Monitor project activity, maintain training records, and research new resources and technologies for industry skills assessment and training.
