Job summary

ScriptPro is seeking an Implementation Manager, Automation Systems, to assess client business systems and integrate applicable hardware and software solutions, including system implementations, upgrades, and new contract setups with ScriptPro Robotic System.

This role coordinates with Robotic Project Managers as a liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring all phases are documented and completed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in technical discipline; project management preferred.
• Experience with software installations, client/server, networking, and databases.
• Strong negotiation and customer-focused mindset.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather, manage, and prioritize customer requirements.
• Prepare specifications, interface docs, and data mappings for development.
• Coordinate with internal/ external teams and vendors on scope and timelines.
• Resolve conflicts and balance priorities across departments.
• Maintain knowledge of ScriptPro products during installations.
• Manage multiple customer accounts through implementation.
• Travel about 30% for site visits and information gathering.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
