Qualifications

Master's degree with 3+ years of relevant experience or Bachelor's with 7+ years in cell biology/genomics.
Hands-on experience with mammalian cell culture and NGS workflows required.
Experience with laboratory automation platforms preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Design, execute, and analyze cell-based experiments including mammalian culture and assays.
Operate and monitor automation workflows for cell-based and molecular assays; troubleshoot issues.
Perform tissue/cell/nuclei dissociation and RNaseq workflows including library prep and QC.
Conduct molecular biology techniques (DNA/RNA extraction, PCR/qPCR, quantification).
Maintain meticulous metadata and electronic lab notebook records; comply with SOPs and safety rules.
Collaborate across cell biology, automation, genomics, and bioinformatics teams.
