Job summary

Snorkel AI, Inc. is seeking an IT Platform & Automation Engineer to treat internal infrastructure as a product, focusing on automation and APIs.

You will manage IdP/MDM, automate device provisioning (Jamf/Intune), and design secure network solutions for a hybrid workforce. You’ll architect integrations between Okta, Greenhouse, Notion, and CRM, while leading internal tooling and AI integration efforts with LLMs.

Qualifications

4+ years in IT Engineering, Systems Engineering, or Platform roles with automation and APIs.
API Fluency: REST/GraphQL, OAuth2, JSON proficiency.
IdP & MDM Experience: Okta or Azure AD with SCIM, and at least one MDM (Jamf/Intune).
Security-First Mindset: least privilege, automated patching, security in every integration.

Responsibilities

Identity, Endpoint & Network: Own IdP, MFA, SSO, SCIM across SaaS tools, zero-trust enforcement.
Endpoint Lifecycle: Automate device provisioning, config, and secure deployment using Jamf and Intune.
Network Engineering: Design and maintain high-availability office networking and secure remote access for a hybrid workforce.
API Integrations: Build integrations between Okta, Greenhouse, Notion, and CRM to reduce manual data entry.
Workflow Orchestration: Lead internal automation with code over no-code tools, replacing placeholders with robust code.
Internal Tooling: Create dashboards and Slack apps for self-service IT, HR, and facilities requests.
AI Integrations: Build wrappers and prompts to connect LLMs to internal tools; allocate time for R&D.
