Job summary

Snorkel AI is seeking a Staff Product Manager to own the Infrastructure, Data & Security roadmap across Core Services, Developer Experience and Security. This internal platform PM role focuses on data platforms, security systems and tooling used by engineering and the business.

You will work in New York City or San Francisco with hybrid work, translating business and compliance needs into prioritized projects, coordinating multiple pods and ensuring on-time delivery while driving adoption across

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience, including infrastructure or developer tools PM roles.
• Strong technical fluency for architecture discussions and pushback on proposals.
• Experience with compliance programs (SOC 2, FedRAMP, GDPR) and translating audit requirements into engineering work items.
• Ability to manage breadth across platform infra, data infra, developer tooling and security with ruthless prioritization.
• Experience working with small, high-leverage engineering teams and driving cross‑team initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own roadmap and execution across Core Services, Developer Experience, and Security.
• Translate business and compliance requirements into prioritized infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate dependencies across pods and partner teams; manage scope and timelines.
• Lead cross-pod initiatives like unified data access library and Auth0 migration.
• Provide regular reporting to leadership and track adoption metrics.
