Job summary

Snorkel AI, Inc. in Redwood City is seeking a Technical Product Manager to own the infrastructure roadmap across engineering pods. Salary is between $240,000 and $300,000 USD, reflective of the high-demand skills required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 in infrastructure.
• Strong technical fluency and understanding of infrastructure concepts.
• Experience with SOC 2, FedRAMP, or similar compliance frameworks.
• Comfort with ambiguity and breadth across multiple domains.
• Experience with small, high-leverage engineering teams.
• Fluency with AI-assisted workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and execution across Snorkel AI's Infrastructure organization.
• Develop a deep understanding of business needs and translate them into infra projects.
• Define quarterly roadmaps for Core Services, Developer Experience, and Security.
• Manage dependencies and trade-offs across competing pods.
• Engage stakeholders and gather requirements for internal services.
• Drive cross-pod initiatives and track key metrics.
