Job summary

Snorkel AI seeks an IT Platform & Automation Engineer to automate internal infrastructure and connect key tools. You will treat infrastructure as a product, owning identity, endpoints, and networking for a hybrid NYC-based or remote team.

Expect heavy coding, API integrations, and automation work tied to security and SOC2/ISO readiness. You will shape internal tooling, dashboards, and LLM integrations with Claude/OpenAI.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in IT Engineering, Systems Engineering, or Platform roles with automation focus.
• Strong coding practice: Python or JavaScript, with versioning, CI/CD, testing, and documentation.
• Experience building integrations using REST/GraphQL APIs and OAuth2.

Responsibilities

• Own Identity & Access Management workflows and automation across SaaS tools.
• Develop and maintain internal tooling, dashboards, and Slack apps.
• Automate endpoint provisioning, MDM, and secure deployments.
• Build integrations between Okta/Greenhouse/Notion/CRM and internal tools.
• Lead AI/LLM integration experiments and secure automation pipelines.
