Job summary

Snorkel AI, Inc. is seeking Platform Engineers to join a growing Platform Organization. You will design and operate the infrastructure and agent systems that empower product teams to move fast and reliably, enabling high‑quality data delivery to customers.

The role spans data access layers, event‑driven pipelines, and governance to support enterprise deployments. You will help set strategy for build systems and CI/CD while embracing OpenTelemetry, cost visibility, and scalable tooling.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building platform infrastructure or data systems.
• Strong Python and REST API design experience.
• Proficient with AWS and cloud-native data pipelines.
• Familiarity with data governance and RBAC concepts.
• Experience with CI/CD and on-call reliability practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and build agent infrastructure to accelerate workflows.
• Create event-driven data flows with brokers, CDC, and registries.
• Implement data lineage, governance, and audit capabilities.
• Define build systems, testing, and automated deployment pipelines.
• Instrument services with OpenTelemetry and monitor SLOs.
• Contribute to cost visibility and optimize storage tiers.
• Collaborate with product and design to raise code quality.
