Job summary

Interroll Group in the United States is seeking a Field Service & Product Support Technician to support a growing installed base of automation solutions across North America. This role combines field service, software support, and customer demonstrations.

Based in Hiram, GA, you will work with mechanical, electrical, and software systems, travel across North America, and collaborate with engineering and product teams to deploy solutions and drive product improvements.

Qualifications

Associate degree or technical certification in Engineering Technology, Mechatronics, Industrial Automation, or related field.
4+ years of field service, industrial automation, or similar technical environment.
Experience troubleshooting electromechanical equipment.
Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
Ability to travel throughout North America and hold a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

Install, commission, maintain, and troubleshoot automated material handling equipment at customer sites across North America.
Provide on-site and remote technical support for customers, distributors, and internal teams.
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, controls, and software-related issues.
Document service activities, findings, and corrective actions.
Support warranty evaluations and continuous improvement initiatives.
Configure demonstration systems and prepare application-specific setups for customer evaluations.
Support customer visits and live product demonstrations at the Hiram, GA facility.
