Job summary

Hy-Tek Intralogistics is seeking an Automation Support Engineer to maximize customer satisfaction through field service operations, remote troubleshooting, and on-site assistance with mechanical/electrical issues. When not on-site, you will contribute in the innovation lab and participate in R&D for new automation solutions.

The role requires 3+ years of automation experience, strong communication skills, and familiarity with AMR, G2P, and P2G systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of mechanical, electrical and/or programming experience with automation.
• Demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills to solve problems.
• Familiarity with AMR, G2P, P2G and other automation.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve innovative automation systems.
• Perform planned maintenance on automation systems as scheduled.
• Assist in installation supervision and system programming.
• Maintain a professional image and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to development and R&D for new automation solutions.
