Job summary

Hy-Tek Intralogistics is seeking an Automation Support Engineer to maximize customer satisfaction through field service operations and remote troubleshooting. The ASE will support installation supervision, system controls, and programming tasks across AMR, G2P, and P2G platforms.

Based in Memphis, TN, the role requires hands-on mechanical, electrical, and programming skills, strong communication, and a willingness to travel up to 25% with occasional overtime to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of mechanical, electrical and/or programming experience in automation.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to use hand and power tools.
• Familiarity with AMR, G2P, P2G or related automation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Present a professional image to customers and vendors.
• Perform system troubleshooting and resolution for innovative systems (AMR, G2P, P2G).
• Provide mechanical, electrical and/or programming troubleshooting.
• Perform planned maintenance procedures as scheduled.
• Participate in installation supervision and system programming.
