Job summary

Diversity Nexus seeks a Senior Maintenance Manager to oversee reliability and performance of automated material-handling equipment and facility systems at the McDonough Distribution Center. You will direct maintenance supervisors across a split-shift operation to keep PLC-controlled conveyors, sortation, robotics, RFID systems, and infrastructure running at peak uptime.

You will own preventive, condition-based, and CI maintenance programs for both production automation and facilities, driving

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• 7+ years of progressive maintenance/reliability in distribution, warehouse-automation, or manufacturing.
• 3+ years leading supervisors and/or maintenance teams.
• Strong working knowledge of PLCs, robotics, conveyors, sorters, RFID readers, and automated sortation machines.
• Working knowledge of facility systems (HVAC, sprinklers, water backflow, roofing, construction, and commercial kitchen/refrigeration equipment).
• Experience with preventive and condition-based maintenance programs and a CMMS platform.
• Proven track record improving maintenance KPIs — MTTR, MTBF, OEE, and breakdown reduction.
• Project management experience with budgeting and multi-initiative execution.
• Availability to work a split shift, Monday–Friday, and respond to critical issues as needed.

Responsibilities

• Ensure reliability, availability, and performance of automated material-handling equipment and facility systems.
• Lead maintenance supervisors and teams across a split-shift operation.
• Own preventive, condition-based, and continuous-improvement maintenance programs for production automation and facilities.
• Drive measurable results across core reliability KPIs (MTTR, MTBF, OEE) and reduce breakdowns.
• Manage projects, budgets, vendors, and team development.
