Job summary

IntelliPro in McDonough, GA is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead a split-shift team ensuring PLC-controlled conveyors, sortation, robotics, and RFID systems perform at peak levels.

The role owns preventive, condition-based, and continuous-improvement maintenance programs, managing budgets, vendors, and spare parts while driving safety and reliability improvements across a high-throughput distribution center.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and hands-on experience.
• 7+ years of progressive maintenance or reliability experience in fast-paced environments.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing supervisors/maintenance teams.
• Strong knowledge of PLCs, robotics, conveyors, sorters, RFID readers, and automated equipment.
• Experience with facility systems including HVAC, fire sprinklers, water backflow prevention, roofing, and refrigeration/equipment.
• Experience developing and managing preventive/condition-based maintenance programs.
• Experience using a CMMS platform.
• Proven success improving MTTR, MTBF, OEE, and equipment uptime.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance supervisors and technicians across split shifts.
• Develop priorities, assignments, and performance expectations.
• Support hiring, training, and skill development for the maintenance team.
• Promote safety and ensure compliance with EHS/OSHA/LOTO standards.
• Maintain and improve PLC-controlled systems and conveyor/automation equipment.
• Manage facility systems including HVAC, electrical, and refrigeration.
• Oversee maintenance budgets, spare-parts inventory, and vendor relationships.
• Drive continuous improvement using root-cause analysis and PM optimization.
