Job summary

Hasbro's Wizards of the Coast is seeking an Automation Engineer to lead Power Platform based automation projects. You will design, build, and support automated processes across Power Automate and Power Apps, integrating Microsoft 365 and Azure services to streamline operations and improve user experience.

You will partner with business and IT teams, govern deployments, and mentor citizen developers while advancing AI-powered solutions and Copilot Studio initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, BIS, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years developing solutions with Microsoft Power Platform.
• Strong experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Teams.
• PowerShell and automation scripting.
• Experience integrating cloud apps via APIs, connectors, and workflows.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated business processes using Power Automate and related Microsoft technologies.
• Build Power Apps solutions to modernize and simplify business operations.
• Identify manual processes and implement scalable automation solutions to improve efficiency and reduce risk.
• Develop integrations between Microsoft 365, Azure services, SharePoint, Teams, Exchange, and third-party platforms.
