Job summary

Jobtailor in Missouri seeks an experienced Automation Solutions Architect to design, build, deploy, and support enterprise-grade automation using Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Dataverse, and APIs.

You will partner with business stakeholders to translate needs into scalable technical solutions and lead end-to-end automation initiatives across discovery, design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
5+ years’ automation and AI development experience.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work in agile, cross-functional teams.
Expertise with Microsoft Copilot Studio, including chatbot authoring, triggers, topics and data source integration.
Experience with Dataverse, SharePoint, Teams, and Azure Logic Apps/Functions.
Familiarity with Power Fx and low-code expressions.
Basic scripting knowledge (JavaScript, PowerShell, C#) preferred.
Experience with AI Builder and Copilot integrations is a plus.
UX/UI design for apps and chatbot experiences is valued.

Responsibilities

Design, build, deploy, and support enterprise-grade automation solutions.
Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
Lead end-to-end automation projects from discovery to production support.
Identify risks, ensure security, reliability, and maintainability of solutions.
Provide production support, issue resolution, and root-cause analysis.
Document projects and present findings with minimal supervision.
Develop business automations using Power Automate and Power Apps.
