Job summary

Hasbro is seeking an Automation Engineer to design, build, and support Power Platform–powered automation across business processes. You will collaborate with IT and business teams to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.

At Wizards of the Coast, you’ll work on AI-powered automation and Copilot Studio initiatives to transform operations while ensuring governance and security across Power Platform environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
• Strong experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, PowerShell and automation scripting.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated business processes using Power Automate and related Microsoft technologies.
• Build Power Apps solutions to modernize and simplify business operations.
• Identify manual processes and implement scalable automation solutions to improve efficiency and reduce risk.
• Develop integrations between Microsoft 365, Azure services, SharePoint, Teams, Exchange, and third-party platforms.
• Design and deploy AI-powered workflows using Copilot Studio and leverage AI capabilities within Power Platform.
• Manage Power Platform environments, solutions, connectors, security, and deployment pipelines.
