Job summary

Hasbro is seeking an Automation Engineer to design, build, and maintain Power Platform automation solutions that improve efficiency and reduce manual work. You will partner with business and IT to deploy AI-powered workflows, integrations across Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Azure, and govern the platform for scale.

The role requires 3+ years on Power Platform, strong problem-solving skills, and collaboration with diverse stakeholders to deliver impactful automation across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT/CS/BI systems.
• 3+ years building solutions on Microsoft Power Platform.
• Strong experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, and Teams.
• Experience integrating cloud apps via APIs and connectors.
• Analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated processes using Power Automate.
• Build Power Apps solutions to modernize operations.
• Identify manual processes and implement scalable automation.
• Develop integrations between Microsoft 365, Azure, SharePoint, Teams and third parties.
• Design and deploy AI-powered workflows with Copilot Studio.
• Leverage AI within Power Platform to improve processes and UX.
• Manage Power Platform environments, governance, and deployment pipelines.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into tech specs.
• Provide training and guidance for citizen developers and end users.
