Job summary

Wizards of the Coast is seeking an Automation Engineer to design, build, and support automated business processes using the Microsoft Power Platform. You will partner with business and IT to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and elevate employee experience through low-code and AI-powered automation.

The role requires 3+ years of Power Platform experience and strong expertise in Power Automate, Power Apps, Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, and Teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT/CS/BIS.
• 3+ years of experience developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
• Strong experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Teams, PowerShell; APIs/connectors.
• Experience integrating cloud applications through APIs, connectors, and workflow automation.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated business processes using Power Automate and related Microsoft technologies.
• Build Power Apps solutions to modernize and simplify business operations.
• Identify manual processes and implement scalable automation solutions to improve efficiency and reduce risk.
• Develop integrations between Microsoft 365, Azure services, SharePoint, Teams, Exchange, and third‑party platforms.
