Job summary

Pro Staff is seeking a Software Automation Engineer to specialize in the Power Platform, automating workflows and delivering data insights. You will develop Power Automate flows, build SharePoint solutions, and create Power BI dashboards for project metrics.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and have 2–3+ years’ experience with Power Platform, REST APIs, and system integrations, plus Jira/Confluence familiarity. Strong collaboration across teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required.
• 2–3+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps).
• Experience with workflow automation, SharePoint, REST APIs, and system integrations.
• Experience creating Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Familiar with Jira and/or Confluence.
• Strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate.
• Build and support SharePoint solutions, Lists, Forms, document management, and workflows.
• Develop Power BI dashboards and reports for project metrics and business insights.
• Analyze processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and data accuracy.
• Integrate data across systems using REST APIs, PowerShell, Python, and other automation tools.
• Support Jira and Confluence workflows and integrations.
• Gather stakeholders’ requirements and translate business needs into automation solutions.
• Create documentation and provide technical support for automation solutions.
