Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/EE/Automation or equivalent, or 2+ years of PLC programming or automation experience.
• Flexible schedule including weekends/nights/holidays.
• 2+ years in PLC-controlled automation or production environments.
• 2+ years of electrical theory, robotics, and automated equipment experience.
• 2+ years of Ladder Logic and programming with Siemens, Allen-Bradley, or Codesys PLCs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the automation systems critical for operations.
• Troubleshoot PLC/PC controllers and industrial networks (Ethernet, ControlNet, DeviceNet, Profibus).
• Monitor MHE metrics and collaborate with maintenance to address performance issues.
• Provide first-level escalation support for site technicians (local and remote).
• Perform and analyze building system assessments to improve material handling performance.
