Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an Automation Engineer to support the site maintenance team, ensuring performance of MHE control systems and assisting with troubleshooting and project delivery. You will work with conveyors, sortation systems, scanners, printers, and HMI/PLC equipment in a climate-controlled facility.

Qualifications

3+ years in automation or electrical controls.
Experience with HMIs, PLCs, and VFDs.
Ability to read electrical/mechanical drawings.

Responsibilities

Promote a safe working environment by following procedures.
Maintain material handling control systems and electrical distributions.
Troubleshoot and modify software for material handling control systems (PLC/PC, Rockwell).
Act as first level escalation for automation issues and escalate as needed.
Collaborate with operations to plan capital technology installations.
Communicate timelines and impact to leadership and teams.
