Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an Automation Engineer to support the site maintenance team in ensuring optimal performance of material handling equipment control systems, including PLCs, HMIs, and drives. The role involves troubleshooting, project tracking, and collaboration with operations and vendors in a modern facility.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of automation experience, strong knowledge of Rockwell platforms, and a proactive problem-solving attitude.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in programming/commissioning HMIs, PLCs, and VFDs.
• SCADA systems experience and KPIs.
• Interpreting and modifying electrical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Promote safe working environment by following safety procedures.
• Maintain material handling control systems and electrical distribution.
• Troubleshoot and modify software for material handling control systems.
• Lead/assist technicians and coordinate projects.
• Communicate timelines with operations and leadership.
