Job summary

Novo Nordisk is seeking an experienced Process Control Engineer to join the FFEx team. You will ensure new processes and equipment comply with URS and IFA standards, working with local and global teams to meet regulatory requirements and achieve reliable ramp-up of equipment.

The role emphasizes development of automation standards, cost-control, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver safe, compliant, and efficient manufacturing processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering/related field required.
• May consider alternative with long engineering experience in process-based manufacturing.
• Minimum 5 years engineering experience in process-based manufacturing, utility, or packaging systems.

Responsibilities

• Ensure design of process is compliant with local and global standards.
• Develop interface agreements and align requirements with equipment vendors.
• Develop plans to maintain and improve process control systems.
• Coordinate with manufacturing schedules and budgets.
