Novo Nordisk is seeking a seasoned engineer to join the Fill & Finish Expansions (FFEx) team in a role focusing on process control systems and automation across multiple sites. The position emphasizes collaboration with stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure compliant and efficient manufacturing processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in engineering or related field required.
• Associate’s degree with 5+ years of engineering experience in process-based manufacturing, utility and/or packaging systems preferred.
• High School Diploma/GED with 7+ years of engineering experience in process-based manufacturing, utility and/or packaging systems preferred.
• Minimum 3 years engineering experience in process-based manufacturing, utility and/or packaging systems required.
• Knowledgeable in SAP EM, PLC, DCS/SCADA, MES, Oracle, MS SQL, Historian; SAP EWM a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support plans to maintain and improve process control systems.
• Coordinate with manufacturing schedules to execute plans.
• Act as automation resource on process control projects.
• Adhere to automation standards and update related specifications and maintenance plans.
• Support audits and inspections for process control systems.
• Develop and implement SOPs and maintenance procedures.
