Job summary

Jobgether SRL is listing an Automation Engineer – Level I based in the United States to analyze legacy state systems and translate complex business rules into clear requirements for a modernized Integrated Eligibility System (IES).

You will collaborate with agency stakeholders, SMEs, end users, and vendor teams, documenting both current and future-state processes and requirements for a large-scale modernization program.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience as an Automation Engineer.
• 3–7 years of state-government business analysis in human services (EECM).
• Experience eliciting, analyzing, documenting, and managing requirements across the full SDLC.
• Ability to produce business process flows, user stories, data dictionaries, wireframes, and tech/functional specs.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing state systems and document requirements for IES modernization.
• Extract and validate business rules from legacy systems for modernization.
• Document current-state and future-state requirements and processes.
• Develop business analysis deliverables like use cases, data dictionaries, wireframes, UI specs, and user stories.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and vendor teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support QA, reviews, and ensure alignment with project scope and timelines.
