Job summary

Diverse Agile Solutions, LLC (DAS) is seeking an Automation Engineer – Level I to support a major Integrated Eligibility System (IES) modernization initiative within the state human services arena. The Automation Engineer will combine business analysis, requirements engineering, workflow analysis, and rules extraction to document current-state processes and help define the future-state IES solution.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with IES, EECM programs, and state government

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience as an Automation Engineer.
• 3–7 years of business analysis experience within state government.
• 3–7 years of experience focused on Eligibility, Enrollment, and Case Management (EECM).
• Experience eliciting requirements and managing them through the SDLC.
• Ability to produce business/process artifacts (flows, stories, data dictionaries).
• Experience on Integrated Eligibility System modernization programs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct requirements analysis to support IES modernization.
• Participate in business rules extraction and quality control of rules.
• Document as-is and to-be business requirements using prescribed methods.
• Develop artifacts: context diagrams, flows, use cases, wireframes, RTMs.
• Collaborate with state agencies, districts, analysts, and vendors.
