Job summary

You will partner with stakeholders, gather requirements, validate solutions, monitor performance, and document configurations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, or IS or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years of experience in software development, systems engineering, or automation/RPA.
• Experience with automation or scripting languages and tools (Python, PowerShell, RPA platforms).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy automation workflows and scripts.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate into specs.
• Build and maintain integrations between systems and automation/AI platforms.
• Test, validate, and ensure reliability of deployed automations.
• Monitor performance and troubleshoot automations.
• Document processes, configurations, and technical specs.
• Support partner engagements with technical implementations.
• Follow enterprise architecture standards and security guidelines.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Participate in High-Performance Rewards Connections program.
• Refer to the Mortgage Center and Wealth Management.
