Job summary

Legora, an AI-native legal tech company, invites an Automation Engineer to join the IT Platform & Automation team in New York. You will own Serval, design automation opportunities, and build workflows with AI agents to streamline onboarding, offboarding, and HRIS integrations.

You’ll collaborate with Workplace Technology, Information Security, and business teams to keep systems reliable as Legora scales. You will test and monitor automation, read generated code when troubleshooting, and

Qualifications

Identified automation opportunities and built workflows used by others.
Configures integrations and adjusts workflows based on results.
Tests workflows with automated checks and verifies effects in connected systems.
Maintains data flows across APIs and reads generated code when needed.
Experience with identity, SaaS or IT systems and worker access changes.

Responsibilities

Own Serval operations, configuration and integrations; keep workflows reliable and documented.
Identify opportunities to automate and lead rollout and maintenance.
Build workflows and integrations for onboarding, offboarding and data consistency.
Support HRIS integrations and test HRIS-related workflows.
Create AI-enabled services to help employees find information and complete actions.
Plan changes with reliability, cost and UX tradeoffs; coordinate rollouts.
Test workflows with automated checks and monitor outcomes.
Keep workflows running by diagnosing failures via logs and API responses.
Measure impact by reductions in manual effort and errors.
