Job summary

Legora in the United States is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to build, review and ship products that help legal professionals worldwide in their day-to-day work. You will own features across the tech stack with clear ownership and autonomy.

You will work with TypeScript, React, Node.js, AWS, Azure and Kubernetes, mentor junior engineers, and drive improvements in code quality, security and performance.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience building great products using cutting-edge technologies.
• Experience across the full stack with frontend or backend focus.
• Autonomous and proud of the code you write.
• Strong engineering judgment and ability to explain trade-offs clearly.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement features end-to-end for our web platform.
• Take ownership of our codebase, balancing high-quality code, security and speed of development.
• Work with technologies such as TypeScript, React, Node.js, AWS, Azure and Kubernetes.
• Review code and mentor junior colleagues to support them in their development, making the team even better.
• Drive continuous improvement and challenge us, the industry and yourself.
