Job summary
Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an Automation Engineer Apprentice to learn troubleshooting and maintenance of material handling equipment in a high automation facility. You will work with conveyors, sortation, scanners, cameras, labeling systems, scales, HMIs, and control cabinets, gaining hands-on experience under journey workers.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year RME Mechatronics & Robotics Technician experience.
- Able to commute to specified site and work flexible shifts including weekends.
- High school diploma or GED; basic math skills and MS Office familiarity.
- Willing to enroll in a 12-week training program and commit to a 2-year onsite apprenticeship.
Responsibilities
- Conduct preventative/corrective maintenance and basic troubleshooting of robotics and robot work cells.
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems across MHE components.
- Maintain and troubleshoot motors, sensors, relays, and PLCs; assist with PLC troubleshooting.
- Support safety-compliant installation, maintenance, and repair of automated packaging equipment.
