Job summary

Legora AB is seeking an IT Automation Engineer to own Serval, build automated workflows, and partner with People Technology on HRIS integrations. You’ll create AI-enabled services and ensure reliable operations across identity, SaaS systems, and device management.

You’ll collaborate with global teams to improve efficiency and accuracy. You’ll design and test integrations, evaluate AI outputs, and drive staged rollouts with clear rollback plans.

Qualifications

• Identified automation opportunities and built workflows used by others.
• Translate requirements into instructions for integrations and adjust workflows based on results.
• Test workflows with automated checks and verify effects in connected systems.
• Assess AI output for accuracy and usefulness and know when to escalate.

Responsibilities

• Own Serval: manage day-to-day operation, configuration and integrations.
• Identify and deliver automation opportunities independently or with peers.
• Build workflows and integrations for onboarding/offboarding and data consistency.
• Support HRIS integrations with People Technology.
• Build AI-enabled services to help employees complete actions.
• Plan changes with tradeoffs in reliability, cost and experience.
• Test workflows and verify outcomes in connected systems.
• Keep workflows running by monitoring and diagnosing failures.
• Measure results and incorporate feedback for follow-up work.
