Job summary

Electrical Automation Services in the United States seeks a maintenance technician specializing in electrical and control systems for food manufacturing equipment. You will document work, diagnose issues, and coordinate with mechanics across shifts to keep production online.

The role requires knowledge of electrical/control reads, installation, and safety standards; familiar with Rockwell, Siemens, Mitsubishi software; conduct inspections; travel occasionally for parts and training.

Qualifications

AS/AAS degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent experience.
High school/military training with practical experience in machine and electrical control system installation.
Familiarity with Rockwell, Siemens, and Mitsubishi software and preventive maintenance software.

Responsibilities

Maintain current documentation for all electrical and control systems.
Assist Mechanics and Electro-Mechanics in diagnosing electrical or control issues.
Provide training and coordinate Electro-Mechanics across shifts as needed.
Occasionally work offsite to support troubleshooting and repairs.
Conduct electrical and mechanical inspections safely while equipment is operational.
Perform preventive, scheduled, or corrective maintenance on systems including networks, drives, pneumatics, hydraulics, and mechanical components.
