Job summary

Electrical Automation Services seeks a hands-on Electrical/Electronic technician to maintain, repair, and enhance machinery used in food manufacturing. You will document electrical and control systems, troubleshoot both hardware and software, and support production operations on multiple shifts.

Responsibilities include keeping accurate maintenance records, performing preventive and corrective maintenance on networks, drives, pneumatics, hydraulics, and related systems, and coordinating with

Qualifications

• AS/AAS degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering preferred or equivalent experience.
• High school/military training with practical experience in machine and electrical control system installation.
• Familiarity with Rockwell, Siemens, and Mitsubishi software, and preventive maintenance software is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical, mechanical, instrumentation, and control systems design documentation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain current documentation for all electrical and control systems.
• Assist Mechanics and Electro-Mechanics in diagnosing and resolving electrical or control-related issues.
• Provide training and coordinate the activities of Electro-Mechanics across all shifts as needed.
• Occasionally work offsite to support equipment troubleshooting and repairs.
• Conform to GMP, safety standards, and company procedures during maintenance work.
