Job summary
Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a maintenance technician to troubleshoot and repair automated machinery in a Dartmouth, MA facility. You will work on electrical controls, PLCs, servo drives, and power distribution, using a CMMS SAP system for maintenance tasks and scheduling.
Strong mechanical aptitude and safety compliance are required. Starting pay ranges from $25 to $35 per hour based on experience, with first shift hours 8am-4:30pm, Monday through Friday.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of electrical controls and power distribution.
- Experience with PLCs, servo drives and control systems.
- Familiarity with CMMS SAP and maintenance workflows.
- Ability to read electrical/pneumatic/hydraulic schematics.
- Excellent communication and team collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair automated, manual and CNC equipment.
- Understand PLCs, relays, VFDs, motors and safety circuits.
- Log failures and analyze data to improve reliability.
- Read electrical, pneumatic and hydraulics schematics.
- Utilize CMMS SAP for maintenance tasks and scheduling.
- Adhere to safety standards and participate in TPM initiatives.
