Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a maintenance technician for 2nd shift in Dartmouth, MA. The role involves troubleshooting automated and CNC equipment, reading electrical and hydraulic schematics, and using SAP CMMS for tasks and scheduling.

Starting pay ranges from $25 to $35 per hour based on experience. Candidates must understand PLCs, control systems, relays, VFDs and safety protocols. The position offers full-time hours and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience with electrical controls, power distribution, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Experience with motion control systems, including servo drives, motors, and encoders.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing and 5S concepts and practices.
• Experience working with CMMS; SAP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair automated, manual and CNC equipment in a manufacturing environment.
• Read and interpret electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic schematics.
• Log failures and analyze data to improve performance and reliability.
• Utilize CMMS SAP for reporting, maintenance tasks and scheduling.
• Follow safety standards including PPE, LOTO and Arc Flash.
