Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy is required; Doctorate is preferred.
• Minimum 3+ years of practicing pharmacist experience.
• Active Pharmacist license in home state or willingness to obtain it.
• Experience with pharmacy automation and mail-order workflows is required.
• Proficiency in English; ability to work flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee pharmacy dispensing automation within the facility.
• Serve as primary contact for operational support tickets with the automation vendor.
• Train pharmacists and technicians to improve scalability and efficiency.
• Coordinate new processes and implementation plans with leadership.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations and HIPAA.
