Job summary

Vantage Data Centers seeks a Senior Technical Project Manager – Automation Delivery to lead automation design, engineering delivery, and project execution onsite in Shackelford County, TX. You will coordinate with design engineers, engineers of record, and systems integrators to meet schedule milestones and project goals.

The role requires 6–7+ years in BMS/automation leadership, strong project management skills, and experience with PLC/SCADA, Procore, and CxAlloy.

Qualifications

• 6–7+ years in BMS design, integration, or leadership.
• BS in Engineering or Construction Management preferred.
• Experience with PLC/SCADA and Procore/CxAlloy is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead automation design and engineering projects across regions.
• Define scope and objectives with stakeholders; ensure technical feasibility.
• Manage multiple project scopes, schedules, and relations.
• Coordinate with partners and document technical deliverables.
• Lead weekly automation engineering meetings.
