Job summary

Apperture Solutions is seeking a Project Delivery Lead to oversee automation projects and ensure successful execution. You will lead a team of engineers and manage project scope, schedule, and budget.

The ideal candidate has over 10 years of experience in capital projects, with significant leadership experience. Strong technical knowledge of automation is essential, along with excellent communication skills. The position requires travel within North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in large scale capital projects.
• At least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Experience working in FDA regulated industries.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of automation engineers.
• Oversee planning, execution, and budget of digital/automation projects.
• Advise customers on technology selection and execution strategy.
