Job summary

Arvato is a leading global 3PL provider. We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our Las Vegas facility running smoothly by maintaining conveyors and automation systems, performing installations, repairs, and projects across the plant.

You will coordinate preventative maintenance, respond to breakdowns, and support facilities operations with a focus on reliability and efficiency. The role requires hands-on experience with electrical, electronic and control systems, 1+ year of conveyor

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of conveyor maintenance experience; Hytrol systems are a plus.
• Troubleshoot and implement changes to I/O device networks such as Profibus, Data Highway and CanBus.
• Demonstrated ability to use computer-based monitoring equipment to diagnose material handling and building automation systems.
• Must be team-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; self-directed and goal-oriented.
• Knowledge of commercial power distribution and ability to train junior personnel.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily maintenance, installations, and repairs on floor equipment.
• Respond to system issues involving conveyors, MHE, sortation, and controls.
• Assist with infrastructure upgrades and repairs to building assets.
• Coordinate preventative maintenance with team members; follow manuals and specifications.
• Repair and replace components per diagrams and manufacturer specs; coordinate with third parties.
• Perform building maintenance including electrical, WIFI/IDF, plumbing and HVAC systems.
• Interact with vendors and operations teams to address concerns or implement modifications.
