Job summary
Arvato in Louisville, KY, seeks a skilled Conveyor Maintenance professional to service and repair complex automation systems including conveyors, MHE, and robotics. You will diagnose electrical and mechanical faults, perform preventive maintenance, and coordinate with vendors for parts and upgrades.
The role requires extensive hands-on experience with PLCs, high-speed sortation, and power distribution, with a focus on safe, efficient operations within a fast-paced logistics environment.
Qualifications
- Extensive conveyor maintenance experience.
- Strong diagnostic and repair skills across electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems.
- Experience with PLCs, robotics, and high-speed sortation is preferred.
- Ability to collaborate with manufacturers and vendors.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily maintenance, installations, and repairs on conveyors and MHE.
- Diagnose issues in PLCs, robotics, and control systems.
- Assist with infrastructure upgrades and building asset repairs.
- Support third parties and parts ordering.
- Lead small projects with minimal supervision.
- Work schedule: B shift 6:00 am - 6:30 pm, every other Saturday 6:00 am - 2:30 pm.
